About Dr. Ryan Liss PT, DPT, TPI, CSCS

Welcome to Swing Strong Rehabilitation! I’m a sport and orthopedic physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes of all levels recover from injuries and enhance their performance.

My journey into this field was shaped by my own experiences as a baseball player and golfer, where I have faced challenges with several injuries. This personal connection drives my commitment to providing tailored rehabilitation programs specifically for golfers. My goal is to guide you not only through your recovery but also to help prevent future injuries by addressing the root cause of your symptoms.

Holding certifications from the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I bring a comprehensive approach to golf rehabilitation. With a keen understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns, I create
personalized programs tailored to each golfer’s needs.

Let’s work together to keep you swinging strong and playing pain free!

 Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Assessment

My process begins with a 1 on 1 TPI assessment - The TPI screen is used to assess a golfer's movement patterns and identify specific limitations that may contribute to lower back pain. By analyzing factors such as flexibility, mobility, strength, and stability, I use this screen to pinpoint areas that need improvement. I then create tailored exercise programs designed to address these limitations, helping golfers recover from injury and build greater strength.
